Living with the idea that areas of my life had to feel overwhelmed, disorganized, and hopeless just because I have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) has been affecting my personal and professional goals most of my life.  Having a personal coach like Veronica has helped me to change that old idea.  From the beginning she showed a sincere commitment to help me discover strategies and solutions for the thing in my life that felt overwhelming. Veronica provides more than just guidance, problem solving and support. She is also intuitive and a great listener.  She is always sensitive to my needs and to where I am in the process of change.

Veronica has helped me move from a place of fear that people would figure out just how disorganized and scattered I was at times to a true understanding of my strengths and how to use them with the things she has taught me.  As a result, I have more time in my life to do the things that really matter to me.

Veronica’s belief and determination to help me to get to this place is how I know I’ve chosen the right coach for me.

I was working at a high level corporate position and had been put on probation. Veronica helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life. She not only helped me to rescue my career, she helped me to start enjoying life again.

Best investment I ever made!

Veronica helped me get my act together! My ADD is still a challenge but at least now I have a vision and a plan. She is a great resource if you're ready to move forward and don't know where or how to get started.

When I first started working with Veronica I had just recently been diagnosed with ADD.  It felt good to finally know what was going on with me but I also felt lost.  People kept telling me to read all these different books.  I’m slow reader and was so frustrated I didn’t know were to begin.  It was so comforting to have someone who understood what I was going through, someone knowledgeable who could explain to me what was me and what was my ADD and that I was more than just my ADD.  I felt validated and respected.

Veronica gave me simple steps to start taking right away to begin to bring some order into my life.  The whole process has been a relief.  We work on the functional and strategic parts of dealing with ADD but even more importantly I just don’t feel so stupid.  I’ve actually cutback on how often and how negative I talk to myself.  When I feel beat up I know I have someone on my side.  This is the best investment I’ve ever made in myself.

Thank you, Veronica.

I want to thank you for helping me see past my ADHD.  I felt so beat up trying to fix everything that was wrong with me. (Which felt like everything!) Thanks for showing me how to work from my strengths.  I no longer feel like all I am is my ADHD.  I’ve stopped apologizing for being me.  I can see now how I was just making things worse by the way I was thinking.  Veronica, you’re right about you get what you expect.  I’m happy to say I’m now expecting much better things for myself and with my new “routines” I’m getting them.

No matter what I was going through I always felt so uplifted after each session.  I was always so stressed out between work and home I really couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.  I was always worried about something.  I never gave myself time to play because I would feel guilty that I should be doing something else.  Thank you Veronica for helping me take a deep breathe & find my way.

As you always say, “Never underestimate the power of a deep breath.”

I have mentored, trained, facilitated and coached executives for over 20 years. I have had numerous business and personal coaches myself. One 2-Hour session with Veronica has changed my life for the better.

I am skeptical about coaches, any type of coaches - I did not know what to expect from an ADD Coach. After only two hours I was reminded of the pitfalls we ADD'ers face everyday in business and personal life. I was in much need of being reminded of the basics.

As an executive I was very pleased with my investment of time and Veronica gave me new information on how neural plasticity impacts my performance and how simple techniques, delivered in a short period of time, produce tangible results. Thank you Veronica for bringing your "Uniquely Qualified" gifts to professionals like me.

"I needed clarity from someone I could trust, someone who was competent and would work with me as I achieved my life goals. I found that in Veronica.  She helped me set boundaries, figure out my priorities and instill confidence that I could succeed.  Veronica has been my personal cheerleader!"

"I was ready to throw the towel in. I had already spent a ton of money on therapists and coaches and thought, "Well, I guess this is as good as it's going to get for me."

I felt depressed because I still had so much chaos in my life. I met Veronica by chance and liked how open and down to earth she was. I figured I give coaching one more try. Veronica's approach is realistic, personal and effective!

She helped me get organized enough and feel better about myself. She encouraged me to try new ways of thinking and dealing with my problems that worked. I learned how to become more proactive.

I like feeling good about myself and my future. I appreciate that it only took months instead of years. I value knowing that I'm not alone that if I need help in the future I've got someone to call for help.  Someone who already knows me and has the

expertise to help me help myself!
